About Chandler
Chandler Kramer brings a diverse and well-rounded background to his work in primary care, having started his nursing career in home health and hospice before transitioning into critical care. As a nurse practitioner, Chandler began practicing in downtown Las Vegas, where he managed a wide range of complex cases and high-acuity patients. These formative experiences helped shape his clinical approach—one that is rooted in comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Chandler has a strong interest in pulmonary and cardiac health, hormone therapies, and LGBTQ+ care. He is particularly passionate about optimizing chronic disease management for patients through health promotion and education. With a collaborative and supportive approach, Chandler prioritizes helping each patient feel empowered and independent in their health journey.
Chandler recently moved to Eugene with his family and two dogs. Outside of his primary care work, he enjoys hiking, camping, exploring new restaurants, reading novels, and taking his dogs on long walks.
