About Dar’ya
Dar’ya brings a rich and varied background to her work in healthcare, shaped by experiences in both military and civilian settings. A former U.S. Army Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and a certified dual Black/Green Belt in Six Sigma/Lean, she blends discipline and innovation with a deep commitment to quality improvement and patient safety. Her work reflects a holistic, systems-oriented approach to care that values collaboration, cultural transformation, and the pursuit of healthcare equity.
Clinically, Dar’ya is passionate about functional medicine and whole-person care. She draws upon her diverse academic and professional experience, including a background in information management, to address complex health challenges with creativity, rigor, and compassion. As a provider, she is dedicated to building strong partnerships with patients, families, and colleagues, and she thrives in interdisciplinary teams focused on driving meaningful change. She finds deep fulfillment in making a difference at both the clinic and the systems level, always striving to elevate clinical excellence and compassionate care.
Outside of work, Dar’ya enjoys homeschooling her child, “dance-it-out” therapy, and diving into creative projects like painting, felting, pyrography, and DIY home improvements. She enjoys reading history and classic literature while finding joy in hiking, live music, gardening, and spending cozy evenings around the fire pit with family and friends.
