About Graham
Graham Gentry is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides inclusive, compassionate care for patients of all ages. His clinical interests include diabetes management, hypertension, transgender health, and weight management.
With advanced degrees in both nursing practice and leadership, Graham approaches healthcare with a focus on individualized care. Providing effective care begins with understanding each patient’s unique story, and he works collaboratively to create practical, goal-oriented care plans that support lasting wellness.
Graham values the relationships he builds with patients and takes pride in creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment where everyone feels heard and respected. He lives in McMinnville with his wife, where they enjoy time with their three grown children, five grandchildren, and a lively group of dogs and a cat. Outside of work, Graham loves spending time with family and friends, tackling construction and yard projects, biking, and reading.
