About Wells
Wells Holbrook is a family medicine physician assistant who values the long-term relationships that grow out of primary care. After working in urgent care and hospital settings, he realized what was missing was the chance to build ongoing relationships with patients and invest in their care over time. Today, his goal is for every patient to feel heard, respected, and seen as more than just a chart.
Wells’s approach is open and collaborative: he meets patients where they are, offering guidance and encouragement without judgment. He understands that life is complex, and managing health can be difficult, but believes that small steps, honest conversations, and consistent support make the biggest difference.
Originally from Tennessee, Wells spent several years in Spokane while serving in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. He and his family are thrilled to have returned to the Northwest, where they’ve quickly embraced the outdoors and the welcoming spirit of Eugene.
Outside the clinic, Wells enjoys trail running, mountain biking, skiing, walking the dogs, and SCUBA diving with his kids. At home, he’s often found playing guitar or watching a good movie with his family. He lives in Eugene with his wife, their two children, two dogs, and a lively flock of ducks.
