“I am passionate about helping my patients feel empowered in their own healthcare. My goal is to make everyone I see in the clinic feel heard and realize their own ability to make positive changes to their health. I love helping people feel good from the inside out.”

Nichole Green, NP knew she’d found her calling when she first started nursing classes. She has since gained training and experience in areas such as primary care, women’s health, chronic disease management, and pediatrics. She enjoys primary care because it offers her the opportunity to apply her training to many different situations, helping patients manage illness, heal from injuries, and maintain wellness at all stages of life.

Nichole likes puzzles and says it’s one of the reasons she loves medicine. “Healthcare is often a process of putting pieces together in different ways to find the best explanation. My favorite part is being able to take that information, explain it to a patient, and work collaboratively with them to develop a treatment plan that will help them feel their best. I believe the best way to build the trust needed to be an effective healthcare provider is to really listen to my patients and include them in their own care.”

Nichole received her Bachelor of Nursing from Western Governors University in 2018 and gained experience as a nurse at Kadlec Regional Medical Center while undertaking her graduate studies. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management in 2019 from Western Governors and her Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Purdue Global University in 2021. Prior to joining BestMed, she was a home infusion therapy nurse.

Nichole is driven to help her patients live healthy lives and encourages them to advocate for themselves. “I wish I could tell every patient: nobody knows your body like you do,” she says. “I strive to help my patients learn to listen to their bodies so we can work together to find answers and treatment solutions that will allow them to achieve optimal health.”
Nichole lives in Kennewick with her husband and their two sons, ages 16 and 20. When she’s not at the clinic, Nichole enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and activities such as boating and ATV riding. She loves to travel and sightsee both on land and underwater, as she is a certified scuba diver.
