Our virtual urgent care services in Colorado provide you with the same level of assistance you would receive in a BestMed clinic. Simply speak to one of our providers using a smartphone app or personal computer about an illness or injury, and our experts will come up with a tailored recovery plan for you.

Urgent care telemedicine providers can prescribe and refill medications for your family, which eliminates obstacles you might encounter waiting to see a primary care physician.

Scheduling a virtual urgent care appointment ahead of time is not necessary for patients in Colorado. Just follow the link on our page, enter basic information about yourself and we’ll connect you to one of our providers as soon as possible. New and returning patients are welcome to join a telemedicine call with any of our Colorado offices.

At BestMed, we make it easy to speak with our providers. You can join a call using any online browser. You may also talk to a provider with any Android or IOS device. We’ll give you device-specific instructions for visits once you get in touch with our call center staff.

BestMed accepts a variety of insurance plans. Not all plans cover telemedicine services, so it’s best to review your coverage before joining the queue for a visit. We’re able to bill your insurance provider directly. Some health insurance companies are expanding telemedicine coverage in response to COVID-19, so check with your insurance provider for the latest updates relating to your plan.

Patients must live in the same state as the BestMed office they contact for telemedicine services. We currently offer telemedicine services during set hours every day of the week.
